About the Firm

A property-claims firm on the policyholder's side.

CaliClaims Law, LLP is a Beverly Hills firm that does one thing: property insurance claims, for policyholders, across Southern California.

Why the firm exists

A property insurance claim is an uneven contest by design. On one side is a policyholder filing perhaps the largest claim of their life, once. On the other is an insurer that processes thousands of them, with adjusters, estimating software, and counsel of its own. CaliClaims Law was founded to stand on the policyholder's side of that table and even the contest.

The firm handles property insurance claims exclusively: fire, smoke, water, storm, theft, and third-party losses. Not injury cases, not everything under the sun. That focus means every file benefits from everything the firm has learned about how claims are evaluated, delayed, discounted, and, with the right preparation, paid.

Our mission is simple: to level the playing field between policyholders and insurance companies, with preparation, advocacy, and humanity.

What Sets Us Apart

Focus, and the view from both sides.

Two things shape how this firm prepares a claim: doing only this work, and having seen how the other side does theirs.

Talk to the Firm
Exclusive focus on property claims

Coverage language, estimating software, claim regulations: this is the firm's entire practice, applied to every file.

Experience on both sides

Our attorneys have seen claims from the insurer's side of the table. We recognize how claims are evaluated and discounted, and we prepare for it.

Client-centered communication

You hear from us at every development, in plain language, so the claim never goes quiet on you from your own side.

Aligned incentives

No upfront fees. We are only paid when you are, so our incentive is your recovery, not your retainer.

Working With Us

What clients can expect.

1

You talk to us

Your questions go to the people handling your claim, not a call center.

2

Updates at every development

You hear from us when something happens, and when it should have but did not.

3

The insurer deals with us

Once we are retained, the calls, letters, and negotiations come to our desk.

Free Claim Review

Tell us what the insurer told you.

Denied, delayed, or underpaid, the first step is the same: a free review of your policy and your claim. We respond the same business day.

Send the denial letter, the estimate, or just the story. We review your policy and your claim at no cost.
We read your policy, the insurer's position, and the gap between them, then tell you where you stand.
Communications, documentation, and negotiation move to our desk, not yours.
No upfront fees. We only get paid when you do.
